Personal information | Yingkai Ouyang obtained his B.Sc. degree in physics from Caltech and a Ph.D. degree in mathematics from the University of Waterloo. He was a research fellow at Singapore until he joined the University of Sheffield as a research associate. He is now a senior research fellow at the National University of Singapore. He specializes in the theory of quantum error correction codes, and is also interested in the application of quantum error correction into other aspects of quantum information theory, including quantum metrology and quantum cryptography. |
