About
Dr. Kai-Fu Lee is a globally renowned AI expert and was named one of TIME magazine's 25 most influential leaders in AI in 2023. He previously held executive positions at Apple, Microsoft, and Google. In September 2009, he founded Innovation Works in Beijing, China, serving as Chairman and CEO to support young entrepreneurs in China. Innovation Works focuses on areas such as artificial intelligence and frontier technologies, robotics and automation, and medical technology.
In 2023, he founded the foundation model unicorn company 01.AI, where he currently serves as CEO. He is also the author of several influential books, including AI 2041, AI Superpowers, and AI is Coming.
