Quantum technology has seen rapid advancements in recent years. However, among major corporations in Taiwan—particularly in quasi-research-oriented fields—long-term strategic investment remains rare. The research directions defined by the Hon Hai Research Institute are highly forward-looking and closely aligned with global technological trends. Taiwan must act swiftly to catch up in both hardware and software development.
As a member of the advisory committee, one of our key responsibilities is to help Hon Hai identify the most effective pathways to bridge research and industry in these emerging fields. This reflects the core mission of the Hon Hai Research Institute: to serve as a strategic hub connecting cutting-edge research with real-world industrial applications.
