About
Dr. Jen-Ming Wu is the Director of the Institute. His research interests include 5G/B5G/6G communications and networking technologies, phased array antenna signal processing, machine learning, and wireless transceiver IC design. He has served as a technical program committee member for numerous prestigious IEEE international conferences such as IEEE ICC, IEEE GLOBECOM, and IEEE VTC, and was the chair of the technical program committee for the IEEE Asia-Pacific Wireless Communications Symposium.
Dr. Wu has extensive R&D experience in Silicon Valley, USA. He has also actively participated in 3GPP 5G NR standardization meetings, contributing multiple technical documents. He has published over 100 academic papers and holds multiple international patents. Under his leadership, his team has won several awards in IC design competitions.
