Personal informationZhengfeng Ji received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the Department of Computer Science and Technology, Tsinghua University, Beijing, China in 2007. He became an assistant researcher at the Institute of Software, Chinese Academy of Sciences after graduation. He moved to Waterloo Ontario and worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Perimeter Institute for Theoretical Physics in 2008 and at the Institute for Quantum Computing, the University of Waterloo in 2011. He is currently a professor at the University of Technology Sydney, Sydney, Australia. His research interests include quantum algorithms, quantum complexity theory, and quantum cryptography.
