Personal information | Milán Mosonyi obtained his PhD in Physics at the Catholic University of Leuven in 2005, after which he became an assistant professor, and then an associate professor at the Department of Analysis of the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, where he is also the Head of the MTA-BME “Lendület” Quantum Information Theory Research Group (http://qi.math.bme.hu/), and a project leader in the Quantum Information National Laboratory (https://qi.nemzetilabor.hu/people/milan-mosonyi). His main field of interest is quantum information theory, in particular, quantum state discrimination and classical-quantum channel coding. |
